Have plans ready for submittals but need a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)? We conduct an extensive review of your projects as though they were our designs. If required, we also provide a stamp once the design is deemed safe and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

As the Client’s unbiased PE, we honorably provide forensic engineering services such as origin-and-cause analysis, damage assessment (moisture mitigation, vehicle/tree-fall impact, or fire/smoke), construction defects, earthquake, and originate general structural assessment and evaluation reports throughout California and states along Pacific coast. Our clients experience the benefits of consulting with a PE and delivering scientifically correct and reliable solutions to some very complex inquiries, which is always extremely valuable.

PORTIVA is a team of licensed Professional Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineers registered in most of the Pacific States. We provide design services and are dedicated to improving our environment and the quality of engineering and architecture.
